Since becoming a Masterchef Finalist in 2021, Laura has featured in the chef’s theatre at The Foodies Festival, had a regular spot on BBC Radio Scotland on ‘The Jazz House’ in ‘Cooking with Jazz’, and has done collaborations with Lagavulin, The Botanist, British Trout, Biggar Gin and the Wee Camper Co. Other collaborations include Global Knives, Thermapen and Lakeland. In 2024 some of Laura’s project include online collaboration with Denby Pottery, Food Styling for various projects, Private Dining and Culinary Demos as well as online exclusive Cook Alongs. Laura continues to strive forward with her creative process, creating delicious plates!
